About the Internship Programme

The Internship Programme of the Department of Marketing Management is an important academic and professional development component designed for final-year undergraduates of the Department’s two degree programmes:

  • Bachelor of Business Management Honours in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Business Management Honours in Digital Marketing
The Internship Programme provides undergraduates with the opportunity to gain practical exposure to a professional working environment and apply the knowledge, skills, and competencies developed throughout their respective degree programmes.

The internship serves as a bridge between academic learning and professional practice. Through direct involvement in organisational activities, students gain a better understanding of workplace practices, business operations, professional responsibilities, and contemporary marketing and digital marketing practices.

Through this experience, students are encouraged to develop their professional competencies, communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and professional discipline. The programme also enables students to gain valuable industry exposure and prepare themselves for future career opportunities.

  • Enhance students’ understanding of workplace practices and marketing-related functions.
